Any change/ amendment of existing booking shall be considered as cancellation and a new booking shall be made.
Regardless of suite resale, the following policies shall apply to all cruise cancellations if you cancel your trip at a later stage :
- 30-08 days 30% of full fare
- 07-04 days 50% of full fare
- 03 days or less 100% of full fare
Non appearance/no written notice 100% of full fare
The above penalties apply when the entire booking is cancelled and apply to all services including cruise and land arrangements. Guests or their travel agent must telephone or send a fax to Tonkin Cruise's Reservation Department to cancel the reservation.

Yes. Please check with cruise manager to know if the weather is fine for deck sleep. All comfortable beddings however are not allowed to be brought outside. A late night watching starry sky and the mystery of nocturne on the bay should already be a great end of the day.

Our cruise travels amongst the countless number of islands and isles in Halong bay. Our 2 days 1 night tour schedules to stop and visit ONE cave - one of the biggest in the bay. If you wish to visit more, please let our reservationist know prior to departure and please be informed extra fee applies. In the unexpected circumstance, the captain�s instruction should be followed. Cave visit or extra cruise can be canceled without prior notice.
