Thank you very much for your interest in Tonkin Cruise service. We do appreciate your time for reviewing the following information prior to completing your booking.
Payment Terms
Advanced Deposit of at least 50% of the total or Full Payment is required to secure your services. You can choose to pay either by bank transfer or credit cards. If you pay by bank transfer, a surcharge for banking fees is required. Please see the payment guide for your appropriate payment type
Cancellation
Cancellations only become effective once the Tonkin cruise sales office receives notification of cancellation in writing. And customers also receive our cancellation acknowledgment.
Should you be forced to cancel your cruise booking, the following terms will apply:

Refunds
No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows.
Please allow up to 05 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Currency
All cruises and other required services such as land transfers, visas, and charges are quoted in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Itinerary Changes
Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming, kayaking, Cave visiting or Floating village excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. In such circumstance, no refund will be made to the clients
Other Conditions
The maximum occupancy for one cabin is two (2) Adults and one (1) Child under 05 years of age. Additional charges may apply for occupancy by more than two (2) guests per room.
We may allow children to stay in the same cabin with parents either with or without an extra bed. Our policy is not to charge for children under five (5) years of age.
A child aged from 05 to under 08 sharing bed with parents - charged at 50% of the adult rate.
Two children aged from 05 to under 08 stay in another cabin - charged at 75% of the adult rate.
A child aged from 08 to under 12 sharing the same room with parents and using an extra bed will be charged at 75% of the adult rate.
Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
Confirmed arrival and departure dates, Number of cabins and passengers, Passenger's names, Date of birth, Passport and visa numbers, Cabin category (SGL/DBL/TWIN/TRPL...), Special requirements (e.g. gifts, dietary requirements, etc.) must be provided by passengers at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
