Operation Executive
The operation executive is another key contact between Hanoi office and Halong office to ensure services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Update bookings and day-to-day planning
- Oversee logistical arrangements including transportation, guides, foods,and all other relevant tour components
The recruit:
- Female
- Good mastery of English language
- Computer literate
- Independent and self-driven
- Strong organisational & problem solving skills
- Possess friendly and outgoing personality
- Work experience in similar field will be an advantage
Tour guide
Responsibilities
Conduct tours
The recruit:
- Tour guiding experience is a must
- Well spoken and fluent in English
- Outgoing & Friendly personality
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to interface with a wide variety of Tonkin Cruise guests
Sales executive
The sales executive is Tonkin Cruise's contact with our clients. S/he:
- Receives and manages the requests from Tonkin Cruise's clients and prospects
- Ensures the availability and correct scheduling of the requested tours
- Manages the bookings to completion
- Reports to the management team
In cooperation with the marketing manager, s/he:
- prepares and manages the contracts with the partners
- broadcasts the commercial information
The recruit:
- 22-28 y/o
- Good mastery of English language
- Open, positive client-oriented attitude, organised and good communication skills, good sales skills
- Able to work in a team, trustworthy
- Computer litterate
